How come no one looks at Jordan’s competition in most years? Who was going to beat him? You don’t exactly need much help to beat bad teams.

RIP Kobe Bryant. I still find it hard to believe that he is gone.... I never really was a big Kobe fan but I really admired him for the kind of man he was. Thank you for inspiring generations to come and being a role model/example for all of us to follow.

I’ll never forget watching the all star game on live TV in the late 90s, Kobe jumped out on a break and 360ed it right in the hoop. The announcer said “that’s a 360-in-your-face- when-I’m-19 dunk.” He’s still indexed in my mind as that bright eyed kid who dazzled the crowd, and had the audacity to step to Michael Jordan and challenge him for the spot when he was still a teen. I just can’t believe he’s gone. My heart goes out to him, his young daughter, and the rest of the victims of this horrific tragedy.

Skip is so god damn dramatic. Sometimes he just needs to knock it off. This is a really serious time and people are really mourning and know he’s acting. It’s ridiculous. When u talking about sports the acting is fine. No need to act and lie when u talking about someone’s passing...

No one can escape or elude death. He lived a life like no other. Now it’s time to celebrate the life of the one and only Black Mamba. We can never question God. It hurts us all. Let’s pray for Vanessa and wrap our spiritual arms around them and be grateful for every single breath we take. R.I.P. Kobe Dean Bryant

I think whenever someone well known person leaves this earth it always becomes some sort of an awakening for almost everyone. This is when people start to think of their own mortality. We realize that in death there is no young , old, rich poor, famous or unknown. It calls when it calls. The onky thing anyone can do is to live their life the way they want to have lived it. t is a very sad incident. But if one looks at it differently. In the spiritual perspective. He did lived a full life. A well lived life. He didnt waste any moment. There are others young and old who spend their lives escaping reality doing vices, drinking, doing drugs . While others are just plain lazy to work on a goal. There are also Those who are still finding themselves even at the age of 50 or so...All of us, at some point, will have to leave this earth and its really just a matter of how and when... but what matters is the life we lived. ..he accomplished a lot in basketball and made a legacy. He had the chance to fall in love , marry and be a father. Though he may not be able to be there to see his 3 other daughters grow to adulthood, graduate and have family. I think he left this life in joy and peace beczuse he lived his life with love for his sports, and for his family. I dont think anyone should regret a life like that. Skip is right, we should spend everyday with love for others. And we must also learn how to forgive. Why? Who among us wants to be remembered as a cold hearted person disliked by others. ? We all want to be someone who had made a diffetence in the lives of people around us. , someone whom everyone is thankful to have met and known in their lives

He did all of this in NBA and he retired to spend that time with his family and they won’t get that chance. He paid such a major price and I hope we all give them space to grieve. No pictures or following them around. No open funeral just let them have him and their child and all the victims involved. They need peace.

So sad his passing. But to see the humble and broken hearts across the world mourn with such humility and love is touching. Always remember those who pass on go back to the great God who gave them life. Our side is sadness. But Kobe is with his forefathers and family and those great spirits we can't see.
